Yes, they can. Reservations are paid with the balance loaded into the service. Users can load balance using the most common credit cards.
The balance system has been developed to ensure that even nominal reservation fees are profitable for the housing company. For example, from a €0.50 reservation fee, €0.45 is credited to the housing company.
Yes, we charge a €1 loading fee in addition to the loaded balance. The loaded balance is valid for 2 years from the last loading.
Absolutely. This was one of the main thoughts in developing the service. Generally, for example, common rooms are significantly more popular on weekends but remain empty on weekdays.
Yes, you can. However, we recommend that recurring reservations be used only for paid reservations. Otherwise, an unnecessary recurring reservation may easily go uncancelled.
In the Pro version, the housing company's admin can set a invitation code for new residents. The user enters the invitation code only the first time. After this, the reservation calendars function normally.
Normally, only the apartment number is displayed in the reservations. This has proven useful, for example, in situations where the previous resident left laundry in the machine.
In the Pro version, the housing company's admin can also hide the apartment numbers from other users. In this case, only the housing company's admins see the details of the reservers.
In our experience, non-computer-savvy residents are not as common a problem as feared. However, if needed, you can easily keep one day a week outside of electronic reservations. On such a day, for example, Monday reservations could be made using a traditional reservation book.
It is also possible to agree with your property management office on phone reservations. In this model, the resident makes the reservation by calling the property management office, which marks the reservation on behalf of the housing company administrator.
The service's reservation calendars are suitable for reserving almost any space or item. The most common ones are sauna, laundry room, drying room, and club room. Other items may include guest parking spaces, grills, or other shared items.
Absolutely. This is a separate setting. You can, for example, limit the regular slots to one time a week while still allowing unlimited individual reservations. The system renews the regular slot once a week as long as the user has balance or the regular slot is cancelled.
If the sauna has a lot of use, a ready-to-use heater is usually the most sensible option. This allows for very broad opening hours at minimal cost. With a more traditional heater, it's advisable to limit sauna booking times to the most probable times, such as weekday evenings and weekends.
A personalized introduction brochure can be directly downloaded for the housing company from the system. This is a single-page A4 PDF that can be printed and distributed to residents or posted on the housing company's notice board.
The system also has an information feature. This allows the housing company's administrators to send electronic notices to residents registered in the service. This is beneficial when a new reservation item is added to the service or a communal event is organized in the club room.
We welcome feedback. We aim to implement especially those features that are beneficial to multiple housing companies. Ideas from clients have included exporting data to Excel files and the housing company's email bulletins.
