The data is used to operate, develop and market the service.

Regular sources of data

The data stored in the register is obtained from the customers themselves through the forms filled in in the service.

Data about contact persons of companies and other organizations may also be collected from public sources such as websites, directory services and other companies.

Regular disclosures of data

We disclose some data that is necessary for the functioning of the service to third parties as follows:

• to the payment service provider when balance is topped up
• to the administrators of the housing company in question when a booking is made

Principles of protecting the register

The register is processed with care, and data processed in information systems is protected appropriately. The controller ensures that personal data is processed confidentially and only by those employees whose duties require it.

Right of access and right to have data rectified

Every person in the register has the right to:

• check the data stored about them in the register
• request the rectification or erasure of data concerning them
