About Varaus.app

Varaus.app is an online booking calendar for Finnish housing companies. Residents book the housing company's shared spaces themselves online, and the housing company's administrator manages the spaces, opening hours, prices and booking rules in the same service.

Who it is for

The service is made for Finnish housing companies: board members, property managers and residents. It replaces a paper booking list or booking book, and a housing company can start using it in about 15 minutes.

What you can do with it

• book sauna slots, including recurring weekly sauna bookings
• book the laundry room, drying room, club room, guest parking, grill or another shared space or item
• charge booking fees, which are paid to the housing company every quarter (Pro)
• restrict the service to the housing company's residents with an invitation code (Pro)
• print an introduction brochure for residents in Finnish, English and Swedish

The service works in the browser and can be installed on a phone like an app. It is available in Finnish, English and Swedish.

Pricing

Varaus Free costs nothing and includes one booking calendar. Varaus Pro costs €15 per month per housing company (including 25.5 % VAT) and has unlimited booking calendars. Varaus Enterprise, for property management companies and other organizations managing several housing companies, is priced by agreement. See the plans.
